No, there is no permanent cure for genetic baldness. In most cases, androgenic alopecia is known for permanent type of hair loss where the chances of getting lost hair back with any medical treatment.

Thinning of the hair is also can be sign of androgenic alopecia which is not reversible however in few patients, herbal therapy can be useful to slow down balding process.
