Hairloss due to anemia

Hair loss often signals a variety of medical problems. If a person comes to a Trichologist complaining of hair loss at an alarming rate, and also mentions that he is feeling tired and breathless, has lost weight rapidly and has an unusually pale appearance, anemia could be the culprit.this type of hairloss is known for tellogen effluvium .persistant condition may convert into diffuse alopecia.

There are three types of Anemia concerned with Hair loss:

The most common form of Anemia is Iron Deficiency Anemia.
Iron deficiency is believed to be relatively common of telogen effluvium type of hair loss. It is suggested that women in particular are susceptible to iron deficiency due to the regular loss of iron rich blood during menstruation.
Anemia due to deficiency of Copper, known as Copper Deficiency Anemia.
Anemia due to deficiency of Vitamin B12, known as Pernicious Anemia.

Home remedy tips.

Check out your HB [hemoglobin] level regularly if you are anemic.
Consult your family doctor and you will be prescribed medicines for deficiency.
herbalists consider yellow dock as one of the most effective herbs for raising your iron level.
Go for a well-balanced diet rich in iron, sesame seeds, almonds, dairy products,, vegetables as beet, lettuce, spinach, soyabean, radish, carrots, tomatoes and fresh fruits as banana, black berries, strawberries, apple, amla, plum.

These remedies take time to show a visible change but are effective for some people. The best point concerning a home remedy is that you have many options and, if you think that a particular ingredient does not suit you, you can try an alternative.
